Job Description
- Responsible for overall General Affair, Safety, Purchasing, and compliance tasks
- Partner with involved stakeholders to ensure to meet the company's goals in the areas of responsibilities
- Plan, organise, and lead the GA team as part of a HR/GA management team
- Continuously evaluate and develop mid and long-term policies within General Affair, Safety, Purchasing, and Compliance
- Closely follow up and ensure successful executions of the plans
- Support in the area of corporate Talent Acquisition to attract, retain, and reward talents
- Educate employees within the team and involved stakeholders for better understanding of the area of responsibilities
- Update and develop corporate policies as well as communicate to employees
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or any related field
- Experience in HR GA Purchasing
- Minimum work experience of 8 years
- Background leading the team
- Logical thinking, analytic, and excellent presentation skills are required
- Exposure working in multinational companies
