We are seeking an accomplished Head of S&OP to lead end‑to‑end planning function and drive an integrated, data‑driven planning framework across the organisation. This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for orchestrating cross‑functional alignment, ensuring demand and supply are synchronised, and enabling the business to deliver best‑in‑class service levels, cost performance, and operational excellence.

Job Description

Leadership & Governance

  • Lead, enhance, and govern the full S&OP cycle, ensuring disciplined execution across demand, supply, inventory, and financial integration.
  • Chair monthly Executive S&OP meetings and collaborate closely with leadership teams across Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Operations.
  • Serve as the strategic owner of the S&OP roadmap, continuously improving processes, tools, and capability levels to support organisational growth.



Demand Planning & Forecast Accuracy

  • Oversee the development of robust demand forecasts across high-volume SKU portfolios, ensuring data integrity and strong alignment with commercial teams.
  • Drive continuous improvement in forecast accuracy through analytics, market intelligence, and advanced planning methodologies.
  • Lead KPI governance related to demand planning, forecast bias, and forecast error.



Supply, Inventory & Capacity Planning

  • Partner with Manufacturing, Procurement, and Logistics to ensure supply readiness aligned with commercial plans.
  • Optimise inventory strategies across multiple product categories, balancing availability, working capital, and risk.
  • Ensure capacity planning is proactively managed, identifying constraints early and coordinating cross-functional actions.



Data, Systems & Process Improvement

  • Lead digitalisation initiatives within the S&OP function, including system upgrades, data automation, and adoption of planning technologies.
  • Establish standardised processes, templates, dashboards, and reporting structures to improve transparency, speed, and decision-making.
  • Build planning maturity through coaching, training, and capability development across all S&OP participants.



Stakeholder Management & Cross‑Functional Influence

  • Act as a trusted adviser to senior leadership, translating operational insights into strategic options.
  • Foster strong relationships with commercial and operational teams to drive alignment and commitment to S&OP outcomes.
  • Communicate performance results, risks, and opportunities clearly and effectively at all organisational levels.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related fields; Master's degree is a plus.
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in S&OP, Integrated Business Planning (IBP), or Supply Chain Management.
  • Proven success managing high-volume, multi‑SKU businesses, preferably within FMCG, retail, consumer goods, electronics or large-scale manufacturing environments.
  • Strong analytical capability with experience managing complex data sets and planning systems (SAP, APO, IBP, or equivalent).
  • Demonstrated leadership in driving S&OP transformation, process optimisation, and change management.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to connect operational details to broader business objectives.
  • Fluency in both English and Thai is mandatory.
