Job Description
- Manage the development of the product's roadmap according to the given strategies, vision, and consumers' needs
- Deliver the vision and give direction to the Agile development team and stakeholders throughout the project
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver products in alignment with the company's vision and strategies
- Supervise and help develop juniors in the product management team
- Take a lead in identifying opportunities that lead to product growth through technology
- Help to build a strong and capable product team
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
- Possesses a strong business sense with prior experience in sales and marketing.
- Excellent management in people skills and able to create a high-performance team.
- Prior background in user experience design and design thinking
- Exceptional speaking and written communication skills in English.
- Strong project management, organization, and able to prioritize tasks.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to work with high-level stakeholders.
- Strong analytical ability and is data driven.
- Familiar with analytics and business intelligence tools
