Job Description

  • Develop and execute product and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Lead product launches, promotions, pricing strategy, and marketing plans
  • Analyze sales trends, market data, and consumer insights to drive product decisions
  • Manage P&L and optimize the marketing budget across assigned product categories
  • Oversee cross-functional collaboration with internal teams (Sales, Import, Admin, Inventory, IA)
  • Engage with clients, support co-visits with sales, and strengthen brand visibility in market
  • Report directly to the President and collaborate closely with the Sales Director
  • Lead and mentor a small team (2 subordinates + dotted-line collaboration with Sales team)

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's or Master's in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in product/brand/channel marketing in home appliances, retail, or trading
  • Strong leadership and commercial mindset with proven success in managing sales-oriented KPIs
  • Comfortable with P&L responsibility, budget allocation, and cross-functional alignment
  • Decisive, energetic, and results-driven with a can-do attitude
  • Excellent communication skills in English; able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Experience with modern trade channels and dealers is a strong advantage

What's on Offer

  • Base salary: 90,000 THB + position allowance: 7,500 THB
  • Monthly commission: 30,000-40,000 THB (based on target)
  • 100% onsite work, flexible for sales/client visits
  • Join a performance-driven team with strong business momentum (Target: 1,000M THB/year)
