Job Description

Public Affairs:

* Establishes and maintains positive relationships at all levels of government, public services, and other authorities to help advance the brand's business interests.

* Influences healthcare initiatives of relevance to the brand, through collaboration with key policy makers, industry associations, medical committees, patient groups, and voluntary healthcare organizations.

* Builds knowledge and understanding of the brand and its viewpoints on issues for external and internal audiences.

* Drives the brand's corporate image and narrative internally and externally through various engagement initiatives and activities.

* Works cross functionally with different departments to develop value propositions and messages tailored to multiple stakeholders both internally and externally.

* In conjunction with the brand's priorities, develops strategies and oversees the execution of public affairs and corporate communication programs to enable the achievement of business objectives and the company's vision and mission.Communications:

* Manages corporate communications activities ensuring the desired corporate image is consistently maintained and enhanced.

* Designs and implements communication strategies that promote the brand and its interests to the community, communicating about its key therapeutic areas and other brand initiatives.

* Supports the leadership team and organization in preparing press releases, speeches, and talking points for internal and external events.

* Builds employee engagement and fosters a culture of the brand within Business.

* Supports and partners with cross-functional leaders to build internal employee engagement platforms such as Townhalls, Sales Conferences, and engagement activities.

The Successful Applicant

* Master's degree in MBA / Marketing / Public Relations / Communication and other related fields.

* 5-7 years of working experience in related functional area; healthcare industry is preferred

* Solid external, corporate communications and issue handling experience.

preferably engaging experience with ARMCHARM and/or Embassies

* Flexible, adaptive working style suited to a fast-paced environment

* Experience in working cross functionally and across business units to develop strategy and implementation plans

* A strong command of both written and spoken English
