The Successful Applicant

A successful Head of IT & Digital should have:

  • A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in leading IT and digital projects within the F&B industry or similar sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of digital transformation processes and emerging technologies.
  • Build future-ready tech stack across POS, AI and Infrastructure System.
  • Experience in managing large-scale IT systems and ensuring their security and efficiency.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a team effectively.
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to align IT and digital initiatives with broader business goals.
