Job Description



  • Strategic Technology Leadership - Define and implement the IT strategy aligned with business objectives, ensuring robust, secure, and scalable infrastructure for trading and back-office systems.
  • Trading System & Platform Oversight - Oversee architecture and system performance of core trading platforms (e.g., SET, TFEX, OMS, RMS, FIX protocol) ensuring uptime, latency control, and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Cybersecurity & Compliance - Strengthen information security frameworks, risk management processes, and IT audit readiness according to SEC, SET, and ISO standards.
  • Digital Transformation - Lead the adoption of new technologies including cloud, data analytics, and API integrations to enhance client experience and operational efficiency.
  • Team Leadership & Vendor Management - Manage in-house IT teams and external technology partners, driving high performance and service excellence.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head of IT should have:

  • Proven experience in IT leadership within the Financial Services industry.
  • Minimum 12-15 years of IT experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within brokerage, fintech, or investment banking.
  • Strong knowledge of securities trading systems, OMS/RMS, API integrations, and financial data security.
  • Proven track record of managing technology modernization and digital transformation projects.
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills in both Thai and English.
