Job Description
- Responsible for overall functions of HR including Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, Organisational Development, Compensation and Benefits, and Employee Relations
- Partner with line managers and business leaders to develop effective HR strategies to support business to meet goals
- Attract and hire high-quality candidates through developing and executing Talent Acquisition strategies
- Retain and reward employees by ensuring C&B policies are competitive and constantly improving the scheme
- Give advice regarding HR practices and act as internal consultant for labour laws and misconducts
- Identify necessary talent development needs and develop effective Learning and Development plans to up-skill employees
- Develop and design career path, succession planning, and organisational chart to suit business objectives
- Create positive working environment and company values through the use of available tools
- Responsible for overall Employee Relation tasks
- Ensure that the HRIS database is well managed productive data analysis
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in HR or related area
- Minimum work experience of 10 years
- Strong HR knowledge
- Strategic, analytic, and modern mindset
- Good command in English
- People management experience
- Good personality and open-minded
