Job Description

  • Leading the finance team and overseeing all financial operations within the company
  • Developing and implementing financial strategies, systems and policies
  • Managing the budgeting and forecasting processes
  • Preparing and presenting financial reports to stakeholders
  • Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards
  • Advising on investment activities and providing strategies that the company should take
  • Maintaining the financial health of the organisation
  • Networking with industry experts and maintaining relationships with external auditors

The Successful Applicant

A successful 'Head of Finance' should have:

  • An academic background in Finance, Accounting or related field
  • Strong understanding of financial regulations and standards
  • Strong Thai local tax expertise
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities
  • Highly proficient in financial forecasting and risk analysis
  • Proficiency in accounting software
