Job Description

  • Oversee the accurate preparation of financial statements in line with local laws and accounting standards.
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations and company financial policies across the business units.
  • Assess and improve internal controls and risk management systems to minimize exposure.
  • Lead financial planning for new projects, assisting the Country Head in achieving profit targets.
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance, offering recommendations to address any variances.
  • Manage cash flow, working capital, and foreign currency exposure to optimize the company's financial position.
  • Collaborate with legal teams to mitigate risk in contracts and litigation.
  • Guide the preparation of budgets and strategic plans to align with overall business goals.
  • Lead and develop the finance team, ensuring continuous improvement and compliance.
  • Spearhead procurement initiatives and process improvements, including IT automation.



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, with professional qualifications preferred.
  • At least 10 years of experience in finance leadership, with exposure to audit and the automotive industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Thai accounting standards and corporate tax laws.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with government bodies.
  • Outstanding time management and organizational abilities to meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in English both written and verbal communication.
