Head of Finance & Accounting (Manufacturing)

Leadership & Compliance:

• Direct and manage the Finance & Accounting division, ensuring alignment with company goals.
• Foster a culture of compliance and internal control, conducting periodic training.
• Promote efficiency through digital transformation and process simplification.
• Lead succession planning and talent development for a sustainable workforce.

Financial Management & Reporting:

• Oversee the full financial operations, including accounts payable/receivable, taxation, and treasury.
• Ensure accurate and timely month-end, quarterly, and annual financial closes.
• Manage financial reporting to HQ and corporate tax reporting.
• Administer bank cash management, payroll, borrowing, and remittance approvals.
• Act as a key resource for ERP (SAP) operations, troubleshooting, and process optimization.

Risk & Compliance:

• Maintain Thai Financial Reporting Standards (TFRS) and tax law compliance.
• Serve as the company's financial defense line, ensuring regulatory adherence.
• Work closely with auditors, legal firms, and regulatory bodies.
• Prepare and implement internal control documents, including SOPs and process flows.

Strategic Finance & Business Support:

• Support business restructuring, M&A, and financial planning initiatives.
• Collaborate with APAC regional finance teams and other business units.
• Provide insights and financial guidance to senior management.
• Implement workflow improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
