Job Description

  • Collaborate on financial planning and ensure alignment with international reporting standards
  • Manage compliance with Thai tax regulations and oversee intercompany financial activities
  • Enhance liquidity and working capital through strategic funding and cash flow management
  • Implement and monitor robust internal control systems
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing finance team to meet both local and global standards
  • Ensure financial operations adhere to local laws and corporate governance policies

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head of Finance & Accounting should have:

  • Degree in Finance or Accounting; certified accountant status required
  • Over 10 years of experience in finance, with at least 5 in a leadership role
  • Expertise in IFRS and financial reporting practices
  • Deep knowledge of Thai tax laws and BOI/Free Trade Zone operations
  • Familiarity with internal controls and ERP systems like SAP
  • Proven leadership in managing and developing finance teams
