Job Description

  • The candidate will be in charge of leading and growing the Thailand sales team, identifying new areas to create and grow the Thailand SME and Enterprise customer base, and cultivating new and current resell and referral partnerships.
  • Aggressive market penetration in Thailand
  • Strong ability to engage CxOs to foster strong strategic business relationships and secure executive sponsorship for deals
  • Expert in lead gen, deal nurturing, conversion, and ensuring customers realised their ROI, as well as up-sell and cross sell opportunities. Ensure a 3-5x sales funnel with at least a 30% conversion rate. Manage the CRM system's sales pipeline input and upkeep
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (voice experience, technology, and R&D) to take the sales process through to completion
  • Localises and implement business development strategies, with milestones reported to HQ.

The Successful Applicant

  • 12+ years of successful experience in enterprise application software sales leadership roles, consistently exceeding targets, with at least 4 years in a Team leader/sales manager/director role overseeing and building sales teams
  • Scale-up/start-up experience would be beneficial, as would experience in rapidly recruiting and developing a sales organisation in multiple locations.
  • Demonstrated ability to position data using measurements and analytics to demonstrate impact
  • Proven track record of successfully structuring, negotiating, and closing deals at senior levels of businesses; ideally, brings extensive relationships from industries such as financial services, fintech, telecommunications, and conglomerates.
  • Strong business sense to recognise and take opportunities with prospects and current clients.
  • Relevant experience in, and knowledge of, the conversational A.I. technology field is a plus.
