Job Description

Corporate Strategy & Business Planning

  • Develop and implement corporate strategies in alignment with capital market trends and business objectives.
  • Analyze macroeconomic indicators and capital market developments to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Evaluate potential business opportunities and recommend new products or service developments.
  • Prepare comprehensive business plans and financial projections for executive review.



Strategic Project Management

  • Lead and manage strategic projects related to business expansion, internal process improvements, and organizational restructuring.
  • Monitor project progress, assess impact, and propose solutions to arising issues.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project delivery meets objectives and deadlines.



Financial & Investment Analysis

  • Analyze company financial statements and operational performance, as well as benchmarking against industry competitors.
  • Conduct market and investment trend analysis to support strategic planning.
  • Perform feasibility studies and due diligence for potential new ventures.



Risk Management & Regulatory Compliance

  • Assess and monitor risks associated with strategic plans and major projects.
  • Ensure compliance with SEC (Securities and Exchange Commission), SET (Stock Exchange of Thailand), and other regulatory bodies.
  • Prepare risk assessment reports and provide recommendations to senior management.



Strategic Reporting & Business Insights

  • Prepare and present strategic reports to executive committees and board members.
  • Deliver actionable business insights to support executive decision-making.
  • Utilize data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, and Tableau for financial and business reporting.

The Successful Applicant

Experience:

5-7 years of experience in Corporate Planning, Business Strategy, or Financial Analysis.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of capital markets, financial instruments, and regulatory frameworks (SEC & SET).
  • Advanced financial analysis skills with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Bloomberg, or similar tools.
  • Experience in business planning, financial modeling, and investment project evaluation.
  • Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Excellent English communication skills, especially in reporting and presenting to executives.
