Job Description

Commercial Strategy

  • Formulate long-term commercial strategies aligned with corporate objectives and market dynamics.
  • Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify emerging trends and untapped opportunities.
  • Develop contingency plans to mitigate risks and ensure business continuity.



Sales Management

  • Drive revenue growth through effective management of Trade Retail, Modern Retail, and E-commerce channels.
  • Establish strong relationships with key retail partners and negotiate favourable terms.
  • Implement sales forecasting models and ensure accurate pipeline management.
  • Develop incentive programs to motivate sales teams and improve performance.



Marketing Leadership

  • Create integrated marketing campaigns that enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
  • Oversee digital transformation initiatives, including e-commerce optimisation and social media strategies.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms and customer touchpoints.
  • Utilise data analytics to measure campaign effectiveness and adjust strategies accordingly.



Performance Management

  • Define KPIs for sales and marketing teams and monitor progress regularly.
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews to assess performance and implement corrective actions.
  • Introduce performance dashboards for real-time tracking of commercial metrics.



Team Leadership

  • Recruit, train, and retain top talent for commercial functions.
  • Implement leadership development programs to build future successors.
  • Promote a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team.



Budget Management

  • Prepare annual commercial budgets and ensure adherence to financial targets.
  • Identify cost optimisation opportunities without compromising quality or customer experience.
  • Monitor ROI on marketing and sales initiatives to ensure efficient resource allocation.



Collaboration & Reporting

  • Work closely with operations, finance, and supply chain to ensure seamless execution of commercial plans.
  • Provide detailed reports to senior leadership on market trends, competitor analysis, and revenue performance.
  • Represent the company in industry forums and networking events to strengthen market presence.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in commercial leadership roles, preferably in manufacturing, building materials, or industrial sectors.
  • Proven track record of driving commercial success and leading diverse teams.
  • Strong strategic thinking, analytical capabilities, and business acumen.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent in English and Thai.
