Job Description



Key Responsibilities



  • Define and execute operational strategy aligned with business objectives


  • Lead end-to-end service delivery, project execution, and customer engagement


  • Own operational P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization


  • Drive process improvement, digital transformation, and operational efficiency


  • Oversee governance, risk management, and compliance with regulatory standards


  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior clients and stakeholders


  • Partner with sales, presales, and solution teams to meet contractual commitments


  • Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing operational and technical teams


  • Represent the organization in executive reviews, steering committees, and partnerships



The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will combine strategic leadership with hands-on execution, working closely with executive leadership, clients, and partners to improve service quality, governance, and financial performance across complex environments.



  • Senior operations leader with 10+ years' experience in complex environments


  • Proven track record in service delivery, transformation, and process optimization


  • Solid experience in P&L management, budgeting, and cost control


  • Effective leader of large, cross-functional operational and technical teams


  • Strong stakeholder management with executives, clients, and government entities


  • Good understanding of governance, risk, and regulatory compliance


  • Commercially minded with strong execution capability


  • Excellent communication skills in Thai and English
