Job Description

  • Leverage project management skills to coordinate business development initiatives, ensuring seamless execution from planning to delivery.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, marketing, and finance, to ensure alignment and successful implementation of growth strategies.
  • Analyze industry trends, market data, and competitor activities to stay ahead of market changes and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Provide insights on market positioning and business opportunities.
  • Identify new markets, growth opportunities, and partnership possibilities in the business services sector.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 5-8+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, with a focus on business services.
  • Proven track record of securing high-value deals and growing revenue streams.
  • Strong project management skills, with experience in overseeing complex, cross-functional projects from inception to completion.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to think strategically while managing day-to-day business operations.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers.
