Job Description

  • Oversee the after-sales service team to ensure high-quality customer service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve after-sales service processes.
  • Collaborate with the procurement and supply chain departments to ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Monitor customer feedback and implement changes as necessary.
  • Manage the budget for the after-sales service department.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for customer retention.
  • Conduct regular team meetings and provide training as necessary.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head of After Sales Service should have:

  • An educational background in Business Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Experience in managing after-sales services in the retail industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficiency in strategic planning and process improvement.
  • Excellent communication skills for liaising with various departments.
  • A customer-focused approach with a commitment to providing excellent service.
