Analyse market opportunities and decided actions to grow the revenue.
Determine the sales channels to be utilized and set rules to differentiate between direct sales and retail sales.
Determine which products and services are offered to the customers in Thailand.
Prioritise product launch and market approach to utilise the given resources most efficient.
Decide about the marketing mix to increase market share in Thailand.
Set up a sound organisation to service the customers and comply with local requirements and regulations.
Establish processes and procedures to ensure legal compliance as well as striving for operational excellence.
Set financial targets and business goals for the organisation and develop/establish tools to measure the efficiency and effectiveness of the organisation.
Provide the requested reports in time and accuracy to the regional VP and HQ in Europe.
Coordinate with Europe to ensure product quality does meet the customers expectation and if necessary initiate product adaptations / new developments.
Build company image by collaborating with customers, government, associations, and employees; enforcing ethical business practices.
The Successful Applicant
Have both stong Thai and English communication skills.
Be aducated to Degree level ideally with an MBA.
Be a current MD or GM of a small to medium sized operation in Thailand.
Come from a Strong sales background used to selling Industrial solutions in the Thailand market.
You are determined despite frequent obstacles. Tackle difficult problems and take personal responsibility for reaching solutions. Seek ways to improve overall performance levels to give higher levels of satisfaction to target groups.
Hold people accountable and demands high standards. Demand high performance or results from others by setting an example. Monitors performance against clear standards or deadlines, providing appropriate feedback when required. Helps individuals to start again when setbacks occur.

Financial planning and management. Risk management, planning and forecasting, monitoring and reporting, receipts process, and payment process.
