Job Description

  • Manage full P&L of the entire platform

  • Lead the sales and marketing strategies to drive traffic and sales by various campaigns and partnership

  • Oversee sales, marketing, logistics & technical team to enhance customer satisfaction & user experience

  • Monitor and supervise the daily operation of the teams to maximize the efficiency of the operation

The Successful Applicant

  • With sound education background, the candidate must possess solid experience leading of working with consumer platforms and managing teams in a growing business environment

  • With over 10 years' experience in Sales / Marketing and Operations and consumer platform experience

  • Possess entrepreneurial spirit and be able to own the entire operation of the business from strategy to execution

  • Sound people management skills and be able to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
