Analyse market opportunities and decided actions to grow the revenue.
Determine the sales channels to be utilized and set rules to differentiate between direct sales and retail sales.
Determine which products and services are offered to the customers in Thailand.
Prioritise product launch and market approach to utilize the given resources most efficient.
Decide about the marketing mix to increase market share in Thailand.
Set up a sound organization to service the customers and comply with local requirements and regulations.
Establish processes and procedures to ensure legal compliance as well as striving for operational excellence.
Set financial targets and business goals for the organization and develop/establish tools to measure the efficiency and effectivness of the organization.
Provide the requested reports in time and accuracy to the regional VP and HQ in Europe.
Coordinate with Europe to ensure product quality does meet the customers expectation and if necessary initiate product adaptations / new developments.
Build company image by collaborating with customers, government, associations, and employees; enforcing ethical business practices.
