Job Description

  • Responsible for the operations and customer service of the unit
  • Responsible for the personnel management of the office.
  • Responsible for P&L of Unit.
  • Responsible for sales development of the office.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in related subjects
  • At least 8 years of experience in Operations and Commercial, preferably within Ocean/Air Logistics sector
  • P&L management experience
  • Team Management background
  • Able to work in Bangkok
  • Advanced English communication skills
  • Strong ability to train and mentor employees
  • Advanced Microsoft Office Excel skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong communication skills; able to influence and get results
  • Must be a team player and demonstrate successful experience working in across functional international team environment
  • Perform well under pressure and thrives in a fast-paced environment
