Job Description

  • Lead and manage day-to-day operations in the engineering and manufacturing department.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.
  • Monitor performance metrics and ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance for the department.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and suppliers.
  • Identify market and commercial opportunities.
  • Mentor and develop team members to achieve their full potential.

The Successful Applicant

A successful General Manager should have:

  • A strong background in engineering and manufacturing within the heating, thermal system or related products.
