About Our Client

Our client is a subsidiary of GROUP BRAND, Thailand's leading luxury automotive retailer. They are expanding their footprint to Udon Thani with a state-of-the-art facility showcasing premium automotive brands. They are looking for passionate professionals to join their management team and deliver the 'Sheer Driving Pleasure' to our premium clientele in Upper Northeast Thailand.

Job Description

    • Own full P&L, sales targets, and operational performance for the region
    • Lead and inspire large sales and service teams to deliver strong results
    • Drive showroom, service, and customer experience to premium standards
    • Grow market share and brand presence across Udon Thani and nearby areas
    • Maintain high CSI while resolving issues and protecting brand reputation



The Successful Applicant

A successful GM Branch Operation of Udonthani should have:

    • Bachelor's degree in business, management, or related field
    • 10+ years' experience in operations, sales, or general management
    • Strong background in automotive, preferably luxury or premium brands
    • Proven track record in P&L management and revenue growth
    • Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills (Thai & English)
