Job Description

  • Oversee all legal and compliance activities, ensuring alignment with local and international regulations.
  • Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures to mitigate risks.
  • Provide strategic legal advice to senior management and other departments.
  • Ensure contractual agreements are reviewed, negotiated, and executed effectively.
  • Monitor regulatory changes and advise on their impact on the organisation.
  • Manage relationships with external legal counsel and regulatory bodies.
  • Lead internal investigations and resolve compliance-related issues promptly.
  • Conduct training sessions to promote a culture of compliance across the organisation.

The Successful Applicant

  • A degree in law or a related field.
  • Proven experience in legal and compliance roles, particularly within the business services industry.
  • Strong understanding of corporate governance and regulatory requirements in Bangkok.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under tight deadlines.
  • Leadership capabilities to guide and inspire a team effectively.
