Job Description

  • Prepare and consolidate financial forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.
  • Provide insightful analysis on variances and trends to support management decisions.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment of financial objectives.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate business performance.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements within financial planning and reporting.
  • Assist in preparing presentations for senior leadership and stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

A successful FP&A Specialist should have:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Proficiency in financial modelling and data analysis, with experience working in manufacturing industry
  • Strong Excel skills and familiarity with ERP systems.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
