To ensure long-term sustainability, they seek a well-rounded finance professional to drive initiatives that enhance financial performance. With their largest operations based in India, they are looking for someone with relevant experience who is also familiar with Thai culture.

Job Description

  • Oversee all financial operations and direct corporate financial planning and structure.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies, budgets, and forecasts to support the company's growth and sustainability goals.
  • Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to the CFO and senior management team.
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, compliance with local regulations, and adherence to corporate policies.
  • Manage and optimize the company's financial performance, including cash flow management, cost control, and profitability analysis.
  • Lead and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
  • Collaborate with regional finance teams to ensure alignment and consistency in financial practices and reporting.
  • Support the MD in Thailand with commercial finance and business partnering initiatives.
  • Drive initiatives to improve financial processes, systems, and controls across the organization.
  • Ensure effective risk management and internal control systems are in place.



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Financial Controller or in a similar finance leadership role within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of financial management, accounting principles, and regulatory compliance.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement financial strategies and drive financial performance.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior management.
  • Experience working in a multinational environment and familiarity with Thai culture and business practices.
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Thai is a plus.
