Job Description

  • Design and implement financial transformation programs, ensuring smooth change management.
  • Develop roadmaps and delivery models to guide strategic financial initiatives.
  • Provide subject matter expertise in financial accounting (IFRS & GAAP) and business process transformation.
  • Advise senior stakeholders on CFO enterprise value and transformation strategies.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless execution and value realization.
  • Develop innovative approaches for financial transformation and business case development.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops to drive knowledge adoption and best practices.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to refine transformation initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Finance Transformation Lead should have:

  • Proven experience in financial transformation, process optimization, and change management.
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS, GAAP, and financial accounting principles.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and advisory skills.
  • Experience in hospitality or food services transformation is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop scalable solutions.
