Job Description

  • Lead financial operations including FP&A, Finance business partnering, accounting, tax and compliance, for the Thailand market.
  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support strategic decisions.
  • Ensure accurate financial reporting in coordination with the Regional Shared Service Center.
  • Act as a finance business partner to local leadership, driving insights and process improvements.
  • Implement and monitor internal controls, including SOX and anti-corruption frameworks.
  • Liaise with tax auditors and oversee statutory filings and tax matters.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Manager should have:

  • At least 7 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance, ideally within the FMCG, Retail and wholesale industry.
  • A professional qualification such as CPA, CPD or equivalent
  • Proven experience in financial management and compliance.
  • Excellent analytic and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
