Job Description

  • Manage and oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
  • Prepare accurate financial reports and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Monitor and analyse financial performance, identifying areas for cost optimisation and efficiency improvements.
  • Lead and mentor the accounting team to ensure operational excellence.
  • Coordinate audits and liaise with external auditors to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures for the organisation.
  • Provide financial insights to support decision-making within the healthcare industry.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Manager should have:

  • A degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • Professional qualifications such as CPA or ACCA (preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and compliance requirements.
  • Proven experience in financial analysis and strategic planning within a corporate setting.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
