Job Description

  • Foster strong, productive relationships with key clients and account management teams to serve as a trusted business partner.
  • Oversee contract management, ensuring all financial obligations and terms are meticulously met and documented.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver timely and precise responses to client requests.
  • Conduct regular financial reviews, including monthly assessments of contract and business unit performance, focusing on areas needing improvement.
  • Provide comprehensive financial reports, including Profit & Loss statements, balance sheet analysis, and forecasting.
  • Support transformation initiatives by aligning closely with other departments to ensure seamless execution.
  • Enhance cash flow and profitability by setting benchmarks and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
  • Ensure all financial data and reporting adhere to company standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead and motivate the finance team, focusing on staff development and performance improvement.
  • Manage compliance and maintain the integrity of financial data across all systems.



The Successful Applicant

  • Chartered Accountant or equivalent qualification with strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Ability to blend strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a dynamic, matrix environment.
  • At least 6 years of experience, including 2 years in financial planning and analysis or business partnering.
  • Proven ability to manage and develop a high-performing team in a cross-border, multi-service environment.
  • Strong commercial insight and decision-making skills, with experience in acquisitions and business integration.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Self-motivated, with strong organizational skills and a commitment to continuous improvement and customer service.
  • Capable of making sound decisions under pressure and managing multiple priorities with discretion and confidentiality.
