Job Description

  • Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with long-term business goals.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting processes.
  • Ensure accurate and timely consolidated financial statements and compliance with regulations.
  • Manage cash flow, liquidity, and optimize working capital and debt structures.
  • Drive cost-control initiatives and profitability optimization across all brands.
  • Supervise IT operations, ensuring robust systems and cybersecurity measures.
  • Plan and implement technology investments to support business objectives.
  • Oversee procurement and supply chain processes for efficiency and cost reduction.
  • Negotiate supplier contracts and maintain strong vendor relationships.
  • Implement internal controls to safeguard financial integrity.
  • Identify and mitigate financial, operational, and technological risks.
  • Ensure compliance with financial laws, labor regulations, and data protection standards.
  • Collaborate with C-suite executives to support strategic decision-making.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business; MBA preferred.
  • CPA and IPO experience will be a plus.
  • 10-15 years of progressive finance and accounting experience, including 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
  • Expertise in consolidated financial reporting, ERP systems, and financial modeling.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills; fluent in Thai and English.
