Job Description

  • Lead daily accounting operations ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting.
  • Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities with a focus on governance and quality.
  • Review and enhance financial statements, management reports, and business performance packs.
  • Drive budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis across business units.
  • Strengthen financial discipline and cost control initiatives with key stakeholders.
  • Act as the main point of contact for internal and external audits, ensuring readiness and timely closure.
  • Enforce compliance with financial standards, audit requirements, and internal policies.
  • Identify inefficiencies and lead continuous improvement projects within finance processes.
  • Enhance internal controls and strengthen documentation and governance frameworks.
  • Co‑lead or support ERP upgrades and digital finance initiatives.
  • Validate master data, workflows, and system configuration to ensure correct posting logic.
  • Provide financial modeling, analysis, and insights to support strategic decision‑making.
  • Mentor and develop an experienced team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of accountability.
  • Partner with cross‑functional leaders to elevate business performance and provide proactive financial guidance.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, with strong grounding in financial regulations.
  • 10+ years of experience in accounting, controlling, or finance leadership within manufacturing or complex operations.
  • Solid experience in controlling, audit processes, and working closely with auditors.
  • Strong exposure to ERP systems, system validation, and finance digitalization initiatives.
  • High integrity, strong analytical mindset, and proactive leadership style.
