We are seeking a dynamic Finance & Accounting leader to oversee accounting, controlling, tax, compliance, budgeting, and forecasting for a growing organization. This role offers the opportunity to lead a team and position yourself as a right hand of Finance Director.

Job Description

  • Oversee all accounting and finance operations, ensuring compliance with local and international standards.
  • Manage tax planning, reporting, and compliance activities.
  • Drive budgeting and forecasting processes to support strategic decision-making.
  • Monitor financial performance and provide actionable insights to senior leadership.
  • Implement and enhance internal controls and financial policies.
  • Prepare accurate and timely financial statements and management reports.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives.
  • Identify and lead process improvement projects to increase efficiency.
  • Mentor and develop a team of finance and accounting professionals.
  • Support audits and liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate governance and risk management frameworks.
  • Act as a strategic partner to the Finance Director and executive team.
  • Champion change management initiatives within the finance & accounting function.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting, with leadership responsibilities.
  • Strong knowledge of controlling, tax, budgeting, and financial reporting.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and drive process improvements.
  • Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and change management skills.
