Job Description

  • Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
  • Oversee accounting, tax, audit, and capital expenditure functions.
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Analyze financial data to support cost control and savings initiatives.
  • Manage cash flow, monthly forecasts, and capital efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead and mentor the finance team to ensure operational excellence.
  • Streamline financial systems and processes for improved efficiency.
  • Maintain robust internal controls and risk management practices.
  • Manage relationships with external auditors, banks, and financial institutions.
  • Oversee tax planning and ensure compliance with local tax regulations.
  • Support manufacturing cost analysis and financial performance reviews.
  • Drive continuous improvement in financial operations and reporting.
  • Handle ad hoc assignments from senior leadership.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • 15+ years of experience in finance/accounting within multinational manufacturing including leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, and financial reporting standards.
  • Proven expertise in budgeting, forecasting and manufacturing costing.
  • Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
