Job Description

  • Manage all accounting and finance activities, including closings
  • Oversee payroll processing and ensure timely payments
  • Ensure compliance with Thai tax laws and BOI regulations
  • Handle banking relationships and payment workflows
  • Lead ERP system implementation and support transition
  • Prepare financial reports for both local and group stakeholders
  • Supervise accounting and administrative staff
  • Coordinate with auditors and government agencies

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Controller should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field
  • CPD license is mandatory
  • At least 8 years of experience in finance/accounting roles
  • Background in multinational companies preferred
  • Strong knowledge of Thai tax and BOI compliance
  • ERP implementation experience is an advantage
  • Proficient in English, both spoken and written
