The Financial Controller will be responsible for leading and overseeing the organization's financial activities. This role includes ensuring adherence to financial regulations, managing accurate reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes, and delivering strategic financial insights to support senior leadership in decision-making.

Job Description

* Oversee and manage the financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, and reporting.
* Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
* Prepare and present financial statements and reports to senior management.
* Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.
* Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
* Manage the budgeting and forecasting processes.
* Coordinate with external auditors and manage audit processes.

The Successful Applicant

* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
* 6-8 years of experience in finance or accounting roles
* Strong knowledge of financial regulations and standards.
* Proven experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
* Excellent leadership and team management skills.
* Strong communication and presentation abilities.
