Job Description

  • Develop and standardize budgeting policies across all departments.
  • Prepare accurate budgets for P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow.
  • Review and validate budget submissions for correctness and reasonableness.
  • Monitor actual results versus budget monthly and analyze variances.
  • Investigate unusual spending patterns and recommend corrective actions.
  • Control and maintain profitability through effective budget management.
  • Summarize and analyze actual costs versus standard costs.
  • Oversee cost reduction plans and monitor progress with relevant teams.
  • Set and review selling prices based on updated cost standards.
  • Prepare investment plans, including ROI and cash flow projections.
  • Conduct financial analysis to identify controllable and uncontrollable factors.
  • Provide actionable insights and recovery plans for missed targets.
  • Prepare and present financial reports to top management.
  • Coordinate action plans across departments and track progress.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and support strategic decision-making.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in budgeting and financial management within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Strong knowledge of costing, financial analysis, and accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in English and financial software; excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Analytical mindset with proactive problem-solving and leadership capabilities.
