Job Description

  • Oversee all financial and accounting operations for the Thailand site
  • Ensure compliance with local accounting standards, tax laws, and corporate policies
  • Prepare accurate financial statements and management reports
  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis for factory operations
  • Monitor cash flow, banking activities, and inter-company transactions
  • Supervise and develop the finance team, fostering accuracy and professionalism
  • Drive process improvements and implement automation tools for efficiency
  • Collaborate with auditors, tax authorities, and regulatory bodies to maintain compliance

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance & Accounting Manager should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred
  • At least 10 years of experience in finance and accounting, with 3+ years in management
  • Strong knowledge of Thai accounting standards and tax regulations
  • Experience in multinational or manufacturing environments is an advantage
  • Proficiency in SAP
  • Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills
  • Fluency in Thai and good command of English
