This role is ideal for a highly capable Finance & Accounting Manager looking to contribute to the success of an industrial/manufacturing firm in Bangkok. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the company's financial operations and guiding financial decisions by applying their comprehensive understanding of accounting principles.

Job Description

  • Oversee financial and accounting operations, ensuring accurate reporting and tax compliance.
  • Lead month-end and year-end financial closings, audits, and regulatory compliance efforts.
  • Manage cash flow, payroll, and financial approvals while maintaining internal controls.
  • Implement best practices in finance, streamlining workflows and enhancing operational efficiency.
  • Act as a strategic business partner, providing financial insights for key decision-making.
  • Support and drive SAP implementation and business process improvements across APAC.
  • Lead financial restructuring, M&A support, and integration efforts.
  • Develop and mentor finance professionals, ensuring leadership succession and team growth.
  • Collaborate with regional stakeholders to align finance initiatives with global policies.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance & Accounting Manager should have:

  • 15-18 years of finance and accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing.
  • CPA certification and expertise in IFRS, TFRS, and tax regulations are a plus.
  • Strong background in financial leadership and team management.
  • Extensive experience with SAP and ERP implementation.
  • Fluent in Thai and English, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to drive process improvements, compliance, and financial strategy.
