ERP Business Transformation (SCM) Director

About Our Client

Our client is a leading consulting practice working with some of the world's most innovative, technologically advanced and exciting companies.

Provide end-to-end ownership and oversight for ERP business transformation including establishing an ERP strategic plan for the enterprise and migrate capabilities from existing ERPs to the target instances without disruption to business operations.
Execute a transformation roadmap towards a steady state and delivered high quality process outputs throughout
Act as a key change agent and partner with executive leaders in Finance, Logistics, Procurement, and Manufacturing, Sales & Marketing to transform our processes and bridge IT and business unit strategies
Leads Programs with Enterprise transformational outcomes; including organisation, financial, process, technological, and market/commercial strategic changes
Ensures compliance with the standards and regulations required for the industry
Oversee end-to-end governance for complex processes across the business functions while driving a culture of governance

Degree or above with proven 10 years work experience in supply chain, business/technology transformation
A high-level understanding of the key supply chain issues facing retail, fast moving consumer goods and manufacturing sectors
Experience with large-scale ERP Implementations (SAP S/4HANA) applications of data science for supply chains, Supply Chain software development, or advanced supply chain analytics
Ability to convey technical information in an engaging and useful way to non-technical audiences
Personable and able to build rapport quickly with people in a global environment
Excellent verbal and written bilingual (English/Thai) communication
