Job Description

  • Provide architect solution, design, and implementation of Enterprise Services including Finance System, HR System and Automation Solution
  • Coordinate with the Group Enterprise Delivery Manager to strategise and execute all of the Enterprise projects from planning, design, development, testing, and delivery of the applications
  • Day to day maintenance of the systems to ensure Service Level Agreement is met and work together with business users to prioritize the enhancements
  • Lead delivery of the applications according to the scope, timelines and budget to help with change management aspects and user training
  • Lead all of Thailand's Enterprise projects implementation and support
  • Manage internal teams and vendors to ensure all solutions adhere to company policy.
  • Gather and clarify requirements from stakeholders on new product features.
  • Ability to manage Senior business Stakeholders on a regional level.
  • Implement Agile and Lean techniques to deliver key features.
  • Ensure timely development of all deliverables with Minimum Viable Product (MVP) features.

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum 8 years of working experience as an Enterprise IT manager or implementation SME
  • BSc in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems Engineering, Business Information Systems or related field
  • Prior experience with implementing Enterprise Services such as HR/People management system, Finance system, Data Management system etc.
  • Proper hands on knowledge of Oracle ERP, HCM and Fusion is a key advantage
  • Keep up to date with new technology capabilities and solutions for implementation
  • Previous experience in Server Management, Network Management, Database Administration, Cloud Computing, Information Security and SaaS applications.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, in English and Thai
