Job Description

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies for the South East Asia region
  • Lead sales team members to achieve sales targets
  • Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned distributor accounts
  • Negotiate and close agreements with large customers
  • Monitor and analyse performance metrics and suggest improvements
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts
  • Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities
  • Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients' need

The Successful Applicant

A successful Distributor Sales Leader should have:

  • Proven work experience in a sales leadership role in the FMCG industry
  • In-depth understanding of distributor-based sales models
  • Strong leadership capabilities
  • Excellent communication skills with a customer service attitude
  • Proficiency in English and local languages in the South East Asia region
  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills
  • A degree in Business, Marketing or a related field
