About Our Client

- Lead the execution of cutting-edge digital sales enablement solution capabilities and programs from pilot to execution to drive growth and revenue.
- Develop implementation road map for the company's platforms with strong collaboration with respective Product Owners.
Co-develop protocol/procedures for scaling and complimenting high impact integrated digital solutions across ASEAN markets in line with the company's commercial priorities.
- Work with Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Community and Service Cloud teams at country, regional and global label to drive sales enablement and medical education platform integration, develop and evolve platform insights dashboards.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales team to mine insights and close the marketing/sales loop with in-country teams to refine existing processes.
- Build relationships with cross functional teams at country, region and globe to define country specific platform and digital sales enablement requirements, stakeholder management and legal compliance reviews and approvals.
The Successful Applicant
- 7 - 10 years of experience in driving/influencing new strategic digital processes with regional/local stakeholders.
- Experience in building and developing new digital capability in an organization.
- Proven success as part of a cross functional team working in/with a multi-cultural work environment.
- Experience working with Sales Cloud or Marketing Cloud
- Digital savvy, with passion for new technology innovations.
- Experience working with Sales Enablement platforms or data-driven marketing in health care industry, especially medical devices or pharmaceutical, will be a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication skill in English.
- Strong interpersonal and influencing capability.
