About Our Client

Our client is a leading distributor of laboratory chemicals, physical & chemical reference standards, glassware and lab supplies. They are currently recruiting in Thailand to expand their business and support employees to grow in their career.

Job Description

  • Set up and structure Digital Marketing Team, create lean and efficient workflows for B2B trading business with high involvement products and features .
  • Strategic planning, design and execution of all digital marketing aspects including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email marketing, social media and display advertising campaigns.
  • Selecting and implementing proper MarTech tools suitable for our business within scope and budget provided
  • Plan, design, build, manage and maintain our social media platforms. Develop and monitor campaign budgets.
  • Coordinate with advertising and media experts/ agencies to drive brand development and brand building activities.
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize budget and performance based on the insights
  • Prepare accurate reports of all digital marketing campaign's overall performance and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Conduct data analysis to identify the opportunity for sales volume growth and define customer engagement activities working with online channels.
  • Evaluate important metrics that affect our website traffic, service quotas, and target audience.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points

The Successful Applicant

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in marketing/brand management/ digital marketing or advertising experience with a good track record of digital marketing management with B2B trading business.
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns.
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools and experience in deployment of MarTech tools
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
  • In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics.
  • Result-driven and excellent performance of change management, including the ability to influence and work with all levels of employees and to establish collaborative, innovative and goal-oriented work environment
  • Outstanding communication, brand story telling, interpersonal skills and being able to work under pressure.
