Job Description
- Responsible for all aspect of digital communication for the company from strategy to action
- Drive online awareness and engagement and conversion with consumers
- Drive and implement cost effective online and social media marketing campaigns, paid and organic search activities (PPC, SEO), SEM, affiliate marketing, blogging, and other marketing initiatives with IMC alignment
- Budget planning and recommending for all brands in online media suitable for specific campaign matching with target audiences and company objective
- Follow online marketing trends, new social media site/platforms and able to make recommendations
- Perform initiative and creative idea for online campaign targeting online users
- Provide ROI and post-campaign measurement and recommendation to improve future online campaigns
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor or Master's Degree preferred or equivalent and relevant work experience in digital marketing function
- Strong experience with social media, SEO, SEM, digital advertising, eCommerce, mobile & web analytics
- At least 5 years of digital / social media communications experience with background in FMCG or E-commerce industry preferred
- Deep understanding of social media platforms and excellent verbal & written communication skills
