Job Description

Brand Strategy, Campaign, and P&L Planning

  • Develop strategic plans for select digital brands and products.
  • Set brand goals, define brand positioning, competitive differentiation, digital channels, and messaging.
  • Define strategies for digital campaigns, collaborating with regional/global teams for successful execution.
  • Lead P/L planning, including A&P spends, and exercise budgetary control for digital brands and marketing channels.
  • Monitor sales performance, collaborating with regional/global teams to effectively market assigned products/services.
  • Ensure accountability for revenue/sales targets of DO brands.
  • Review and manage annual price approval levels in coordination with relevant Business Unit Directors and Finance to ensure brand profitability.



Performance Tracking

  • Monitor, analyzeanalyze, and evaluate brand performance and customer feedback to generate innovative ideas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with regional teams to devise strategies driving engagement of digital brands and products.
  • Track conversion rates and drive timely improvements based on customer insights.
  • OptimizeOptimize the mix of scientific/promotional/pull & push content to meet target customer information needs effectively.



Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Share campaign requirements with relevant regional teams for seamless delivery and execution of local brand strategy.
  • Collaborate with regional teams to design effective campaigns and collaterals suitable for the target HCP segment.
  • Work closely with Business Unit Directors and Medical teams to incorporate local HCP insights & brand objectives/performance goals in campaign planning.
  • Collaborate with supply and customer service & logistic teams to ensure effective supply planning and allocation.
  • Partner with Sales team to secure key tenders critical to brand strategy/P&L.
  • Collaborate with Sales team for key virtual events, ensuring proper setup, target audience attendance, participation, and feedback.



Project Management & Support

  • Liaise with regional teams to design, execute, monitor, and refine campaigns for DO brands.
  • Formulate clear and well-communicated project management plans for digital GTM execution.
  • Initiate and support selected local activities to achieve digital impact and relevant growth targets across brands.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's Degree in any field
  • Well experienced in utalizing digital xommnication especially in highly-regulated business would be preferable
  • 8+ years of directly related or relevant experience, preferably in brand management, marketing, or customer engagement in digital environment.
  • Solid external, corporate communications and issue handling experience.
  • Flexible, adaptive working style suited to a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in working cross functionally and across business units to develop strategy and implementation plans
  • A strong command of both written and spoken English
