Job Description

  • Full P&L responsibility for a currently operating business with substantial opportunities for growth and promotion.
  • In alignment with the strategic vision of the Company, you will be charged with continuously and vigorously delivering product development improvement, product enhancements, and new products, while executing creative, well-researched business development opportunities.
  • Driving Sales and commercial activities for the company
  • Develop and lead the commercial team

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in any related field.
  • At least 10 years of working experience in Sales/Marketing or any commercial-related function. The pharmaceutical industry will be a strong plus
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrating flexibility and a proven ability to deal with complexity under high intensity and time pressure situations
  • Experience and effectiveness in the presentation of written and verbal business cases to the senior management
  • Strong business and financial acumen
  • Strategic mindset, great analytical skills, detail-oriented, able to make a quick decision, to manage workload and to work under tight deadlines and budget.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
