Job Description

Support Sales teams through business analysis, sales reporting, and SFA system management.

Lead and contribute to Salesforce (CRM) projects, enhancements, and system releases.

Review sales operations to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for automation.

Coordinate with MIS and IT teams to design, configure, and implement customised solutions.

Maintain data quality through validation rules, workflows, de-duplication, and database clean-up.

Develop and manage dashboards, reports, and KPIs covering pipelines, win/loss, trends, promotions, and performance.

Deliver regular and ad-hoc sales analysis to executive, senior management, and sales teams.

Track and analyse sales campaigns and channel programs to maximise productivity and growth.

Support end users by troubleshooting system issues and coordinating with IT as needed.

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum 3 years' experience in sales analytics, sales administration, or SFA development.

Experienced with SQL and Salesforce configuration

Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, macros); strong MS Office proficiency.

Solid understanding of sales processes, reporting, and database management.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally and with senior stakeholders.

Experience managing multiple data sources to deliver meaningful sales insights.
