Job Description

Sales & Business Analytics

  • Provide comprehensive analytical sales reports, including pipelines, dashboards, close ratios, KPIs, sales trend analyses, promotion tracking, year-end reviews, and other insights that enhance sales efficiency.
  • Deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports to executive leadership, senior management, and sales teams with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Work closely with senior management on ad-hoc analytical requests in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Track and analyze sales campaigns and identify opportunities to improve sales productivity using available tools and data sources.
  • Utilize syndicated and customer-specific data to support sales presentations and market development activities.



CRM System & Data Governance

  • Oversee and support CRM system management including configuration, workflow customization, and process enhancements.
  • Develop and maintain validation rules, workflows, and customized solutions in collaboration with MIS and cross-functional teams.
  • Perform routine database cleansing, de-duplication, and data quality checks.
  • Create and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to monitor data accuracy, integrity, and completeness.
  • Respond to end-user requests, troubleshoot CRM-related issues, and provide guidance to ensure smooth system usage.
  • Coordinate with internal IT teams to resolve system and technical issues as required.
  • Manage the change management and release processes for new applications, system updates, and enhancements.



Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Partner with sales, marketing, finance, and support teams to improve processes, enhance reporting clarity, and streamline operations.
  • Contribute to the planning and execution of channel programs, including sales and distribution growth, product placement, pricing, promotions, off-shelf initiatives, and budget tracking.

The Successful Applicant

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and Power BI, including data modeling, DAX, and dashboard design.
  • Advanced Excel capabilities (macros, pivot tables, v-lookups, advanced formulas).
  • 3+ years experience in CRM systems administration, configuration, and support.
  • Solid understanding of sales processes, sales reporting, and performance analysis.
  • Experience with data management, import/export tools, and CRM-related database operations.
  • Excellent project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple departments and present analytical findings clearly.
