Job Description
- Manage and develop Company Management & Operational Reports and analyst information of company.
- Formulate Company & Department KPIs, Calls Performance of all contact channels, Voice of Customers & Complaints, Fixed Broadband, Agent individual performance for incentive payment, Calls & Transaction for Charging, as well as provide necessary information on applying of company objective and achieve KPI Target in order to ensure the information is carried out within company.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor Degree in Strategy, Economic, Mathematic, and Information Technology or a related filed.
- 5+ years Management and Data Analysis & Forecasting and Information Technology.
- Aptitude of analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to analyze data and recommendation.
- Outspoken, comfortable with virtual team working structure and flexible accommodate multiple stakeholders.
